RESOLUTION NO. R2011-80 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE REPAIRS TO DISCONNECT STORM <br /> SEWERS FROM A SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the repairs to disconnect storm sewers <br /> from a Sanitary District of Decatur manhole, presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and the State of Illinois, acting through the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and State of Illinois, <br /> for a fee not to exceed $25,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2011. <br /> f <br /> MI6 1 A El T.
