RESOLUTION NO. R2011-74 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BUS FARE INCREASE <br /> - DECATUR PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the fares for the services of the Decatur Public Transit System be <br /> changed as follows: that senior citizens who are certified for the State's Circuit Breaker program <br /> shall ride buses for free, and that senior citizens who are not certified for the State's Circuit <br /> Breaker program shall pay $0.50 per bus ride, <br /> Section 2. That the changes approved hereby shall become effective on July 1, 2011. <br /> Section 3. That the annual certification of senior citizens who are certified for the State's <br /> Circuit Breaker program shall be valid through June 30`h of the following year. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of Ma , 2011. <br /> I <br /> ICHAEL T.
