R2011-57 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Agreement authorizing the engineering services <br /> for construction observation to the spillway structure of Lake Decatur Dam, presented to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Hanson Professional Services, Inc., be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
