R2010-226 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> - LONGCREEK PROPERTIES, LLC - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid of Longcreek Properties, LLC, to purchase approximately 6.8 <br /> Acres situated east of Mt. Zion Road and north of Jesek Lane (a private road) in the Long Creek <br /> village limits, County of Macon, State of Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. Said property is legally described as follows: <br /> The South Half (S 1/2) of the South Half (S 1/2) of the <br /> Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) <br /> of Section 28, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the Third <br /> Principal Meridian, excepting, however, the West 421 feet <br /> thereo£ i <br /> An easement is also hereby granted along the North 20 feet of II� <br /> the West 421 feet of the said South Half (S 1/2) of the South <br /> Half (S 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (S W 1/4) of the <br /> Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 28 for the purpose <br /> of ingress and egress over the same. <br /> Parcel I.D. 09-13-28-351-027 <br /> Section 2.
