RESOLUTION NO. R2010-203 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br /> WHEREAS, on July 6, 2001, the City of Decatur entered into an Agreement (MA-5-007) <br /> with the State of Illinois for reimbursement of maintenance and energy costs of traffic signals <br /> located on state routes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois intend to engage in the <br /> Jurisdictional Transfer of North and South Bound US 51 Business (FAP 710) from Cleveland <br /> Avenue to Eldorado Street (US 36), in its entirety. <br /> Section 2. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois for <br /> the maintenance of traffic control devices be amended as contained in Attachment A to the <br /> Agreement. <br /> Section 3. That the Amendment will take effect 21 days after execution of the <br /> Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement, State Job Number C-97-008-11 and Section Number 10- <br /> 00001-00-JT. <br /> Section 4.
