RESOLUTION NO. R2009-238 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF DECATUR PARK DISTRICT INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> - DECATUR AIRPORT WATER MAIN IMRPOVEMENTS - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the Council herewith between <br /> the City of Decatur and the Decatur Park District be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
