R2009-213 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE WITH <br /> COUNTY OF MACON REGARDING <br /> LIDAR ELEVATION DATA <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to negotiate an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement with the County of Macon with regard to the purchase of light I <br /> detection and ranging (LiDAR) technology to obtain electronic elevation data for planning and <br /> analyzing site projects at a cost not to exceed $15,000.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> the County of Macon for a not to exceed amount of$15,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 2"d day of November, 2009. <br /> / % <br /> l ' <br /> � <br /> MICH EL T.
