That the Lease presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and the Decatur Public Building Commission for the term beginning December 1, 2009 and <br /> ending November 30, 2010 regarding the lease of portions of the Law Enforcement Center, 333 <br /> South Franklin Street, Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
