That the Agreement authorizing the engineering services for Sunset Avenue <br /> preliminary drainage design , presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and � <br /> Shive-Hattery, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. �I <br /> Section 2.
