RESOLUTION NO. R2009-51 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR A CAPITAL ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> - FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mass Transit Administrator be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to file an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit <br /> Administration, for a Capital Assistance Grant under the American Recovery and Reinvestment <br /> Act in the amount of$1,697,301 and that said officer be, and he is hereby further directed and <br /> authorized to sign and execute such documents as are necessary to effect and complete said <br /> application. <br /> PRF,SENTED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 2009. <br /> MICHAEL T.
