�. . } ORDINANCE NO. 2008-54 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - 1135 WEST WOOD STREET - WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 2008, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of The Woods, LLC. to modify and amend an R-6 Planned Unit Development and B-2 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 95-74, and subsequently amended by Ordinance No. 97-74 on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : All of Blocks Two (2) and Three (3) of Oakland Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 15 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, including that portion of Macon Street between said Blocks 2 and 3 and the alleys lying between said Blocks Two (2) and Three (3), all situated in Macon County, Illinois; AND Lots One (1) and Two (2) except the South 40 feet hereof, and Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 of Simpsons Addition, as er Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 221 of the records in the Recorder's Office f Macon County, Illinois, and that portion of Vacated Decatur Street between and adjacent to Oakland Avenue and the Norfolk and Southern Railroad Right of Way. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved.
