That the Agreement between the City of Decatu�- and John Smith for the <br /> appointment by the City of John Smith as Acting City Manager be' and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they a e hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
