R2008-42 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> -JUROR PARKING IN GARAGE C - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Third Amendment to Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and the County of Macon providing for juror parking in Garage C of <br /> the City's Motor Vehicle Parking System be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
