That the Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and Horve Hospitality Management, Inc. for Management and Lease of <br /> the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
