R2007-184 <br /> RESOLUTION SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING <br /> FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-1 et. seq., a public hearing is <br /> hereby scheduled upon a proposed annexation agreement between the City of Decatur <br /> and the owners of the property described below, said public hearing being scheduled <br /> before this Council on October 15, 2007 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers: <br /> The East 500 feet of the East 25 acres of the North half of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Seventeen (17) <br /> North, Range Two (2) East of the 3`d P.M., Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to cause notice of <br /> said public hearing to be published as provided by law. <br /> Section 3.
