R2006-124 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> 2006 ANNUAL DAM INSPECTIONS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the engineering services for the annual dam I <br /> inspections for the Lake Decatur Dam and the Dredging Sediment Storage Facility in Oakley <br /> Township, presented to the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Hanson <br /> Professional Services, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
