That the Amendment to Employment Agreement presented to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Steve Garman regarding amendments <br /> to the Employment Agreement dated September 24, 1999, November 15, 1999, February <br /> 5, 2001, January 21, 2003, June 30, 2003, and April 19, 2004 be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
