That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 02-11, Jasper <br /> Street Subway Rehabilitation, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Otto Baum Company, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Otto Baum <br /> Company, Inc., for said plan for their bid price of$553,660.07.
