R2006-114 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT � <br /> DEER RUN SUBDIVISION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement for sanitary sewer service outside of the corporate limits <br /> presented to the City Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the property <br /> owner/ developer of the Deer Run Subdivision, be, and the same hereby is, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
