R2006-41 �, <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT '�, <br /> TWICKINGHAM DRIVE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS I <br /> CITY PROJECT OS - 12 I <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract adopted by Resolution R2005-107 between McIntire and <br /> Company Contractors and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified and amended <br /> so that said contract shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed $107,764.00. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
