. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-19 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 4227 EAST MOUND ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of February, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Brush College LLC and Archer Daniels <br /> Midland Company for a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.3 of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance to allow for the operation of an amusement park to allow the operation of the <br /> Farm Progress Show on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, the East One-Half of the <br /> Northwest Quarter, the West One-Half of the Northeast Quarter, and the North <br /> One-Half of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 32, Township 17 North, Range 3 <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon County, Illinois, encompassing a <br /> nomina1280 acres,more or less; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received,placed on file and granted. <br />
