R2004-44 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br /> MOUND ROAD/ROUTE 51 AREA ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2002-35 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement adopted by Resolution R2003-191 between Blank, <br /> Wesselink, Cook & Associates, and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified and <br /> amended so that said agreement shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed$88,366.00. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
