R2002-202 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> LAKE DECATUR DAM ANNUAL INSPECTION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Engineering Services Agreement of Montgomery Watson Harza be <br /> accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Montgomery Watson Harza <br /> for said engineering services at a cost of$6,800.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2002. <br /> TERR .
