RESOLUTION NO. R2002-132 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT <br /> SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> STANDBY GENERATOR ADDITION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2001-04 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid of Christy Foltz, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Christy Foltz, Inc., for <br /> said project for their bid price of$196,705.00 plus freight costs. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 2002. <br /> TERRY M.
