That the grant application presented to the Council herewith to the United <br /> States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant regarding lead-based paint <br /> hazard control be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said project includes a sum not to exceed$592,599.00. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they aze hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said grant application on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 1 st day of July, 2002. <br /> TERRY M.
