RESOLUTION NO. R2002-124 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> ALBANY-FULTON STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br /> CITY PROJECT 9838 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. T'hat the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9838, Albany - Fulton <br /> Storm Sewer System, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Entler Excavating Co., Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Entler Excavating Co., Inc., for <br /> said plan for their bid price of$399,771.20. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 1 st day of July, 2002. <br /> erry M.
