RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 03 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROJECT MANUAL CONTRACT WITH <br /> DN TANKS, INC. FOR WILLIAM STREET AND <br /> SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT RESERVOIR REHABILITIATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Project Manual Contract for William Street and South Water <br /> Treatment Plant Reservoir Rehabilitation, presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and DN Tanks, Inc. be, and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
