ORDINANCE NO. 2016- 02 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR CERTAIN <br /> DEPARTMENTAL AND CIVIL CITY SERVICE OPERATIONS IN THE FISCAL <br />� YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31,2015 OF <br /> $40,000 FOR MOTOR FUEL TAX FUND (#46) <br /> WHEREAS, on March 16, 2015, City Council passed the Annual Appropriation <br /> Ordinance 2015-10 for the purpose of defraying the expenses of several departments and funds <br /> of the City of Decatur for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2015 and ending December 31, <br /> 2015. <br /> WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational <br /> expenditures necessary for the City to effect provision of services to its citizens which were not <br /> anticipated at the time the City Council adopted Ordinance 2015-10. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in fiscal year ending <br /> December 31, 2015 and set apart within the following designated funds for expenditures as <br /> follows: <br /> Fund Amount <br /> Motor Fuel Tax(#46) 40,000 <br /> SECTION 2.
