RESOLUTION NO. 2016-18 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE OF LONG CREEK AND <br /> THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT ZION, ILLINOIS, FOR <br /> MICRO-SURFACING PROJECTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the sharing of certain <br /> costs related to the micro-surfacing improvement of portions of various public highways in <br /> Macon County, Illinois, between the City of Decatur, the Village of Long Creek and the Village <br /> of Mount Zion, Illinois, presented to the Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
