ORDINANCE NO. 2000-88 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ASH AVENUE AND MARTIN LUTHER KING.JR..DRIVE- WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Land of Lincoln Credit Union for a special use permit for a B-2 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lot One (1) of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 600 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except that part dedicated to public right-of-way. Situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIl�TED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received,placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it is hereby granted to Land of Lincoln Credit Union to develop the premises described above under a B-2 Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
