s . � , ORDINANCE NO. 99-81 ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - SW CORNER OF EAST FULTON AVENUE AND ALBANY STREET - WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Horve, Jr. to amend a special use permit previously granted by Ordinance No. 97-83, as previously amended by Ordinance No. 98-25, for a R-3 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lots Two (2) through Five (5) of Albany Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 652 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAlNED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned in Section 3, the special use permit previously granted by Ordinance No. 97-83 be, and it is hereby further amended such that the premises described herein shall be developed in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
