s . <br /> � , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-81 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - SW CORNER OF EAST FULTON AVENUE AND ALBANY STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Horve, Jr. to amend a special use <br /> permit previously granted by Ordinance No. 97-83, as previously amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 98-25, for a R-3 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> and described as follows: <br /> Lots Two (2) through Five (5) of Albany Place, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832 Page 652 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAlNED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned in Section 3, the special use <br /> permit previously granted by Ordinance No. 97-83 be, and it is hereby further amended such that <br /> the premises described herein shall be developed in accordance with the plat and plans hereto <br /> attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
