. zv � 90 � 107 Ordinance No. 2014-21 Ordinance Granting Authority to Construct Wireless Communication Facility 3696 Greenswitch Road WHEREAS, The City of Decatur has received a request from Central States Tower II, LLC to construct, operate and maintain a 155 Foot monopole Cellular tower and associated equipment on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M., Macon County, Illinois, described as follows: Commencing at a brass plate at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31; thence Southerly along the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 754.35 feet to a point for a place of beginning; thence continuing Southerly along aforesaid course to a point which lies 30 feet West and 350 feet North of the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad with the East line of the public road lying along the West side of said Section 31; thence Easterly to a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, said point lying 453.61 feet as measured along said Northwesterly right-of-way line from the intersection of said Northwesterly right-of-way line with the West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section , 31, thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly right-of-way line to a point 1,323.61 �I feet as measured along said Northwesterly right-of-way line from the point of intersection i of said Northwesterly right-of-way line with the West line of the Northwest Quarter of �, the Northwest Quarter of said Section 31;thence Northwesterly along a line I perpendicular to said Northwesterly right-of-way line 650.72 feet to a point 305.00 feet I Easterly of said West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter measured at right angles; thence Southerly along a line 305.00 feet East of and parallel with said West I line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 427.82 feet to a point at 90 I degrees to the place of beginning;thence Westerly 305.00 feet along a line perpendicular I to said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the place of beginning, which is I situated in the County of Macon and State of Illinois. j Permanent Index Number: 18-08-31-101-004 ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, authority be, and is hereby granted to Central States Tower II, LLC, located at 323 S. Hale Street, Suite 100 in Wheaton, IL and only to Central States Tower II, LLC to construct, operate and maintain a freestanding 155-foot high monopole type cellular communications tower and equipment buildings upon the premises aforesaid and in accardance with the site plan thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit�' by made a part hereof.
