R99-90 <br /> � a . <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE <br /> -PARATRANSIT VEHICLES- <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> purchase through the State of Illinois Department of Transportation Combined Vehicle Procedure <br /> (CVP) program, two (2) Paratransit Vehicles from the National Mobility Corporation for the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System. <br /> Section 2.
