That a copy of Amendment No. 2 to a State/Federal Grant Agreement between <br /> the State of Illinois Department of Transportation and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a copy of <br /> which is hereby received and filed with the Clerk be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
