RESOLUTION NO.R2016- 75 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE <br /> TO SIGN LOAN DOCUMENTS <br /> - SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> CLARIFIER CONVERSION PROJECT - <br /> WHEREAS, application provisions for loans from the Public Water Supply Loan <br /> Program for construction of public water supply facilities require that the City of Decatur <br /> authorize a representative to sign the loan application forms and supporting documents. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
