That the Authorization for Disclosure of Information presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois regarding the <br /> disposal of Medicare Secondary Payer claims be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
