R / "` I � � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> - 30 NORTH COURT DRIVE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement for sanitary sewer service <br /> outside of the corporate limits presented to the Council <br /> herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the owner of <br /> premises commonly known as 30 North Court Drive, be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1991 . <br /> GARY K.
