R �C� �� 1�V <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS AND COUNTY OF MACON <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br /> CITY PROJECT 8920 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the State of Illinois, Department of Transporta- <br /> tion, the County of Macon and City of Decatur for performance of <br /> Phase II preliminary engineering, land acquisition and utility <br /> adjustments on County Highway 1 (Brush College Road) from I1- <br /> linois Route 48 to south of Faries Parkway and construction of a <br /> five-lane cross section on Brush College Road from Brennaman Road <br /> to south of Faries Parkway and including intersection improve- <br /> ments at Brennaman Road and Faries Parkway and relocation of the <br /> I .C . Railroad at the Faries Parkway intersection, is hereby <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 4th d of e ember, 1990. <br /> G RY K.
