. . , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. — �� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - ATORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST MOUND ROAD AND <br /> NORTH TAYLOR AVENUE- <br /> - OAKWOOD ESTATES - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July, 1994, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Gommission held a public hearing upon the petition of Jim Romano to modify and amend the R-5 <br /> Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 80-113 for the premises <br /> described as follows : <br /> Lot Five (5) of Berry Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 <br /> Page 85 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> W�iEEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that the modification of said R-5 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCII, OF TI� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the aforesaid R-5 Residence <br /> Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is <br /> hereby, authorized and permitted to develop the premises described above in accordance with the <br /> plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said R-5 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressty conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That the development be in accordance with petitioner's <br /> site plans labeled as sheets 1, 2 and 5; <br /> {�) That all storm sewer, including storm water detention <br /> �reas, and all sanitary sewers within the subject development shall <br /> be privately owned and maintained; <br /> (c) That watermains within the development and the <br /> proposed watermain from the northwest corner thereof west to <br />
