�� � ` <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � � 3 � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 44 - <br /> - FIRE PREVENTION AND CONTROL - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 44 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and <br /> amended at Section 5, so that as so modified and amended, said <br /> Section of Chapter 44 shall provide as set forth in Exhibit A at- <br /> tached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 .
