. : <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� ' ��� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3420 EAST GARFIELD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1991 , upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Archer Daniels Midland Company <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> Beginning at a point 2,389. 98 feet West and 75 feet <br /> North of the Southeast corner of Section 6 , <br /> Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> thence North 655 feet, thence East 171 . 02 feet to <br /> the West line of 35th Street extended North, thence <br /> South 655 feet along the extended West line of <br /> North 35th Street, thence West 171.02 feet to the <br /> point of beginning, commonly known as Spencer <br /> School property in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> AND <br /> Beginning at a point 2, 722. 5 feet West and 75 feet <br /> North of the Southeast Corner of Section 6 Township <br /> 15 North Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. thence North <br /> 655 feet, thence East 332. 52 feet, thence South 655 <br /> feet, thence West 332 . 52 feet to the place of <br /> beginning; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said Petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That, in accordance with the plan <br /> hereinafter referenced and the conditions contained therein, <br /> said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from <br /> R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That said rezoning be, and the same is <br /> hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (A) That said premises shall be developed <br /> only in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />
