That the report and recommendation of <br /> the City Manager presented to the Council herewith along with <br /> a proposed deed for the sale of premises in said deed <br /> described to Decatur Housing Authority for the consideration <br /> therein recited be, and the same are hereby, received, <br /> placed on filed and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
