AAD OTfSRS for a speciaZ use permit to construct and aperate a residential care facility in the R-3 Single Faa�ily Residence District on premises in the City af Decatar, Illinois, comm�only known as 1403-1419-1429-1435- and I495 Bast Orchard Street, Decatur, Illinois, said premises being de�cribed as: The West 25 feet of Lot Four (4) and all of Lots Five (s), s�x (6), seven (7), �i9nt �$) and Nine (9) in Block Seven (7) of P�wers First Addition a� per Plat recorded in Book 22, page 487 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon Oounty, Illinois; and, Wt�REAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission has submitted it� re- port and recommendati�ons to the Council wherein said Commission did recoma�end that the prayer of said petition be granted upc>n certain ex- press conditi�vns.
