� F , '4 v '. � � � ORDINANCE N0. .-� � � AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT STATE OF ILLINOIS - CITY OF DECATLIR LAKE DECATLIR BRIDGE, AND LAKE SHORE GRADE SEPARATION BRIDGE BE IT ORDAZNED BY THE COLINCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATLIR, ILLINOIS: Section l. That the AGREEMENT, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, between the STATE OF ILLINOIS, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, and THE CITY OF DECATLIR, ILLINOIS, for replacing the Handrail on the Lake Decatur Bridge, and the addition of an anti-skid surface on the Lake Decatur Bridge and the Lake Shore Grade Separation Bridge, known as Section(�.39X-2HB, 139X-2B)I, T-5169(6), be and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk, be and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal, and attest said AGREEMENT on behalf of the City.
