ORDINANCE NO.�--t' �, � AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August , 1971, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of SOUTH SHO�S DEVELOPMENT COR- PORATION for a special use permit to develop under an R-3 Residence Development Plan premises described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; thence fiast along the North line of said South Half, 999.9 feet to a point 330 feet West of the East line of the South- west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Sec- tion 26; thence South parallel with said East line to the South line of said Section 26; thence East along the South line of said Section 26 to the Lake Decatur property line; thence Northerly along the Lake Decatur property line to the Southeast corner of South Shores Twenty-second Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1405, page 91 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence Westerly ar�d Northerly along the South lines of said South Shores Tw�enty-second Addition and South Shores Twenty-first Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1405, page 34 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, to the Southeasterly line of South Shores Fifteenth Addition, as per Plat recor- ded in Book 300, page 247 of the Records in the Recor- der 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence Souther ly and Westerly along the Southeasterly line of South Shore s Fifteenth Addition and the Southeasterly and Easterly line of South Shores Seventeenth Addition, as pe r Pla t recorded in Book 300, page 314 of the Records in the Re- corder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, to the South- easterly corner of said South Shores Seventeenth Addi- tion; thence East to the point of beginning; a nd WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such residence development plan be approved and said special permit issued. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORI�AINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That, upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is here by, granted South Shores Development Corporation to develop the premises aforesaid as an R-3 Residence De- velopment Plan in accordance with the plot plan thereof, hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, said plot plan being designated Forrest Green Addition. r
