R2017-50 <br /> Resolution Accepting the Bid of Martin Equipment,Tolono, IL, for the <br /> Purchase of One(1)2017 John Deere 524K-II,Rubber Tired,Diesel <br /> Powered,Wheel Loader. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for one (1)2017 John Deere 524K-Il, <br /> Rubber Tired, Diesel Powered, Wheel Loader, Bid presented herewith be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of Martin Equipment, in the amount of$107,700.00,be accepted <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Martin Equipment, for their <br /> price of$107,700.00. <br /> Section 4.
