R2017-52 <br /> Resolution Accepting the Bid of Martin Equipment,Tolono,IL, for the <br /> Purchase of One(1)2017 John Deere 310SL,4X4 Diesel Powered <br /> Extendahoe. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for one (1)2017 John Deere 310SL, <br /> 4X4 Diesel Powered Extendahoe, Bid presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of Martin Equipment, in the amount of$71,430.00, be accepted <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Martin Equipment, for their <br /> price of$71,430.00. <br /> Section 4.
