• Johnson 01 Project Development Agreement <br /> Controls <br /> a. Assist the Customer in arranging for project funding; <br /> b. Utilize the Customer's most recent 24 months of utility consumption data,generally covering the time period of <br /> December 2016 to Jan 2018. Consumption data is attached to this agreement and includes the following utilities <br /> that are applicable:electricity, natural gas, water,and sewer; <br /> 2. Development Schedule <br /> During the development of the PDA,JCI and the Customer shall meet at the 25%,50%and 90%completion stages <br /> to ensure that both parties are in agreement with the progress. It is the intent and commitment of all parties <br /> identified in this Agreement to work diligently,and cause others under their direction to work diligently to achieve <br /> the Milestone Schedule identified herein: <br /> Milestone* Customer Complete <br /> Date <br /> PDA signed by City Manager 6/4/2018 <br /> JCI requests pertinent Customer Documents and Data to execute 6/5/2018 <br /> the development <br /> JCI Commences on-site development work 6/5/2018 <br /> Complete Audit of City Streetlights 6/15/2018 <br /> Facility Audit completed 6/18/2018 <br /> ECM Workshop 6/28/2018 <br /> JCI and Customer Measure&Verification workshop 7/6/2018 <br /> Form of financing established for the project 7/6/2018 <br /> Final ECM workshop 7/6/2018 <br /> JCI provides final contract amendment for Customer legal review 7/6/2018 <br /> Customer staff reviews contract for Customer comments 7/9/2018 <br /> Final documentation due for board approval 7/11/2018 <br /> Council approves project 7/16/2018 <br /> Contract executed 7/30/2018 <br /> *These milestones may be modified by subsequent work plans mutually agreed upon by both parties. <br /> 3. Deliverables <br /> Upon completion of the project development,JCI shall deliver to the Customer: <br /> a. A written description of each FIM proposed to be implemented; <br /> b. A financial pro forma cash flow documenting the proposed project. The pro forma will include applicable annual <br /> costs and savings that affect the project outcome such as financing, energy,water, sewer, labor and <br /> maintenance; <br /> c. A preliminary schedule for implementation of the project; <br /> d. A summary of the Measurement&Verification plan, including proposed IPMV protocols,such as Option A, B,C, <br /> or D that will be used for each FIM; <br /> e.
