Exhibit A
was completed within the two lanes that were closed, the closed lanes were shifted so that the
remaining 2 lanes could be inspected. The City of Decatur will provide traffic control, and
AECOM will coordinate traffic control needs on 22nd Street with the City of Decatur.
Traffic control will be required to inspect the top of the deck. Shutting down one lane in each
direction will allow a safe inspection of the top of the deck. Once the inspection is completed
within the two lanes that are closed, the closed lanes will need to be shifted so that the
remaining lanes can be inspected. A truck with a light/arrow-board can also be used to protect
the workers that are inspecting the deck. The City of Decatur will provide traffic control and
AECOM will coordinate the traffic control schedule on Garfield Avenue with the City.
SN 058-6001 will be inspected in January 2021. IDOT forms will be submitted within 10 working
days after the inspection is completed.
A-6
Rev 0—12/10/2020
