over. Time is of the essence in this Lease. The terms of this Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon <br /> the parties,their heirs,legal representatives,successors and assigns. No waiver of any breach or breaches of any <br /> provision,covenant or condition of this Lease shall be construed to be a waiver of any preceding or succeeding <br /> breach of such provision,covenant or condition or of any other provision,covenant or condition. If any language of <br /> this Lease shall be construed to be unenforceable,the remaining language shall remain in full force and effect as <br /> though any unenforceable language were not written into this Lease. This Lease and any attachments constitute the <br /> complete and entire agreement between the parties,and no oral statements made prior to the execution of this <br /> agreement shall be binding on either party,it being understood and agreed that this agreement may be modified only <br /> in writing,signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought. <br /> Lessee acknowledges that this Residential Lease agreement has been prepared by Owner's legal counsel <br /> and that such counsel does not represent Lessee,and that Lessee may,at the option of Lessee,consult counsel of <br /> Lessee's choice regarding the terms of this Lease agreement. Owner and Lessee acknowledge and agree that each <br /> has mutually agreed to all provisions of this Residential Lease agreement and that no provision of this agreement <br /> shall be construed against nor interpreted to the advantage or disadvantage of a party by reason of such party having <br /> or being deemed to have drafted,structured or dictated such provision. <br /> 17. Notice.
